We may be Moving in the next couple of months so we will NOT be taking reservations past November 15, 2018 at the moment.Our family truly enjoys this RV, and we hope that it will be a blessing for you too! The size of this motorhome does not make it too overwhelming to drive, but the Three slide-outs significantly increases the living space once you get to your destination. This RV in general has a lot of great features. In addition to the 3 slide outs, it has a queen sized over-the-cab bunk, its own automatic leveling system, indoor and outdoor speakers, two televisions, DVD player and blu-ray player, generator, hidden trash can, outdoor shower (great feature if you are near the beach), microwave, stove top and oven, automatic awning with built-in lights, and so much more.The RV will sleep 5 adults, but can sleep 6 if you have kids. (We will allow max of 6 people if there is at least two children, but only a maximum of 5 adults). Three small children will sleep comfortably on the Queen size over-the-cab bunk, our girls favorite feature in the RV. This bunk area has its own TV (this TV also doubles as the dining area TV), which is a big hit. The dining area will also convert to a twin size bed and then you of course, have the private room in the back that sleeps 2 and has its own TV as well and privacy barn style door.Safety Features: Back up and side view cameras, CO2 and fire detectors, fire extinguisher.**If you would like a quote to review, please message me with your pick up and drop off dates, approximately # of miles you expect to travel, # of passengers, and your destination. Thanks!**Note: Security Deposit is $1500 which is returned as long as RV is returned in the same condition as it was delivered. As a children, both my husband and I remember how much we enjoyed camping, especially when our parents bought RVs. They were some of our happiest memories. That is the reason, we wanted to get an RV. We don’t buy a lot of things for our kids, but we sure put a lot of effort in giving them adventures. And in three years of having an RV, we have certainly made use of it. We love the flexibility and we love discovering new places.

You will be required to review and sign this addendum prior to pick up.Driving Age: All drivers must be at least 25 years old and must be listed on the contract when you pick up the unit. All drivers must also be verified by Outdoorsy, or rental will be cancelled. Note that unverified drivers are not covered by the insurance and we therefore cannot allow the RV to be used under any circumstances without verified drivers. If that is the case, cancelation policies apply. NO EXCEPTIONS. __________Travel Restrictions: Our RV units are NOT allowed to travel into Mexico or Canada. Crossing into either country will cause the unit to be reported stolen and the total loss of your security deposit. No travel allowed on any non-paved roadways like logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, etc, unless there is prior written approval. Only exception to this is a non- paved road inside a licensed RV Park. __________Toll Roads, Red Light Cameras, parking tickets, etc: Parking Tickets, Mailed Violations, and Toll invoices are a major burden and we charge a $75 administrative fee for each invoice we get. Responsibility for traffic or parking violations will be transferred to you and you will be charged a $75 administration fee plus the cost of the violation. If you want to use Toll Roads, our EZPASS is available for your use if it is available at the time. A $100 charge will be held from the security deposit and the remaining amount will be returned to the renter at the completion of the rental. If you choose to forgo this option, the EZPASS will be removed from the vehicle and the renter will be responsible for cash tolls plus the above described administrative fees should a violation occur. Note: Most toll agencies are good to work with and will help you out if you make a mistake and call them right away. __________FUEL: This unit takes Gas Fuel only. You are expected to return the unit with the same fuel level. Failure to return the coach with the fuel level restored will result in a $3.50 per gallon fee. __________
Towing: We do not allow towing anything with our unit unless it has been pre-approved. If you have rented a car dolly from us, know that damage to the dolly and towed vehicle is the full responsibility of the renter. The renter will have to pay the cost to repair or replace the dolly. Outdoorsy insurance does not cover the dolly nor tow vehicle. __________GENERATORS: RV generators are for running the central a/c and temporary power while traveling. These are not “constant run” generators and are not designed or allowed to be used as primary power while you are camping by running them constantly for extended periods of time. If you desire air conditioning you need to use a campsite with RV electrical available to plug into. Customers are forbidden from running the generator overnight while sleeping in the unit due to the possibility of carbon monoxide getting into the unit while you are asleep – a deadly hazard. Each rental includes 4 hours of included generator use per rental day. Each additional hour will be taken from the security deposit at a rate of $3 per hour __________SECURITY DEPOSIT: All rentals require a security/damage depositor $1500. The deposit must be on a credit card via the booking site. Your security deposit is refunded after the unit is checked in and there is no damage or issues requiring funds from the deposit. NOTE: Some special events may have an additional security/damage deposit. Failure to accurately report your destination or giving a false destination in order to attend a prohibited or higher deductible event will result in forfeiture and total loss of your security deposit. __________$100 fee if grey and black water tanks not returned empty.
$3.50 per each gallon of gas if not returned full (or to agreed upon level).
$50 per hour late pick up fee past the agreed 1 hour pick up window.
$50 per hour late drop off fee past the agreed 1 hour drop off window.
$.35-.50 per mile (depending on the agreed contract rate) for miles on the unit that exceed 100 miles per day.
$3.00 per hour for hours that exceed the 4 hours included per day.
