5It was our first rental experience off of Outdoorsy due to attending the Rose Parade. Even with the amount of rain the trailer held up. Great rental experience everything was as listed/described. Will definitely be renting again in the future. Lin made the process easy/smooth and was very communicative.

3Kayla was very responsive when we reached out for help. We were a little disappointed as the trailer was advertised as 22 ft when it is only 18 ft. We didn't think to ask if it was non-smoking, it really smelled of cigarette smoke. We did have a good time!

5This was my first time using this app, and the host made it very easy and was very welcoming and helpful! Replied right away to any questions I had, was able to accommodate everything I needed and the pick-up and drop-off was easy. Very friendly, and the trailer was clean and exactly how advertised.
