Basic Cleaning Supplies.Autres points à signalerI'm here to help! I'll give you a full walk-through of the RV. I'm also available by phone if you need any assistance.1. Renter (contract signer) must be a minimum of 25 years with a valid driver’s license (must be verified through Outdoorsy). The license must not expire during the rental period. No Smoking, No Towing, or travel into Mexico.2. Delivery: No deliveries or pick-up at any other location or one-way rentals.3. Vehicle Pick-Up/Return:
- Pick-up time is after 9AM based on vehicle readiness.
- Return time is by 1 PM on return date.
- Renters returning late may be charged a $30 or more per hour late fee.
- RV cannot be dropped off anytime outside of listed drop off location.
- All late returns or extensions must be authorized at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of return and any additional charges will be immediately applied to the renter’s credit card on file.
- No refunds for early return.4. Flush-out: RV must be returned with both black and gray water tanks empty or there will be a $50 flush out fee added if the waste and/or holding tanks have not been drained prior to RV being returned.5. Pet policy: Pets are welcome, however, if excess pet hair is found there will be a $50 to $80 additional cleaning fee added. You are responsible for any pet-related damage.6. Cleaning: RV must be returned in clean condition. Interior condition should be as it was at pick-up. Renters should clean out anything that they have brought into the vehicle (including cleaning out fridge and freezer). If the RV is not returned clean, host may charge an extra cleaning fee of $50 or more per hour, at the host's sole discretion.7. Fuel Consumption: Fuel costs are renter’s responsibility. Gasoline tanks are full at pick up and must be returned full or the difference will be estimated and the clients charged.8. Lost Items: Host is not responsible for items left in the RV after renter's return and reserves the right to donate or dispose of them as they see fit. Left items cannot be mailed to client.9. Toll & Other Fees: Renter is responsible for all toll fees, parking tickets, parking fees, traffic citations incurred during the entirety of their rental period.
