The Basecamp 20X is awesome! Janine and Dereck's hospitality and attention to detail are incredible! The trailer is fully loaded with all the options and in mint condition. Completely stocked by the hosts with everything you could need for a comfortable adventure. Seriously, the hosts have thought of everything. And they were also super flexible and accommodating to our travel itinerary. As an Outdoorsy host myself, I give my highest recommendation for renting this trailer if you are in the PNW area!

This was our first time pulling a travel trailer, and I'll admit I was a bit nervous with a lot of questions. Janine could not have been more helpful. She provided links to the relevant information, answered my newbie questions, and helped put me at ease. Her trailer was outfitted with everything we needed, and she was very communicative, usually in minutes. She carefully walked us through everything we needed to know, and we had a wonderful experience as a consequence. We loved the Basecamp 20x, and we're already thinking about our next rental.

We could not have been happier with the Basecamp and with just how friendly, flexible and supportive Janine was during the planning, the rental, and the return. The Basecamp is her baby you can see it in how clean and organized it is, she had EVERYTHING we needed prepared and wanted us to have a comfortable and fun trip. She took the time to learn about the trip I was planning for my girlfriend's birthday to see Dave Matthews at the Gorge. When I met her for pickup she had printed out the FAQ from the Gorge for us so we had a reference, and she had birthday balloons! How sweet!
