“S’More Time Off”, located near Lake Texoma, is a spacious 38 foot 5th wheel camper trailer with 3 slides and a mid cabin bedroom. This rig is jam-packed with high end components including double theater chairs, 50” flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD, couch that folds out to a full-size bed, TV in each bedroom, large shower, and center island in the kitchen.

Our personal favorite campsites are the full hook-ups at West Burns Run on Lake Texoma in Cartwright, OK.Staying in a camp trailer may appeal to vacationers, travel nurses, those on temporary work assignments or people visiting loved ones during holidays and other occasions.Autres points à signalerPlease note that there will be $125 cleaning fee taken from deposit if the trailer is not in the same condition as it was when delivered (other than linens, we will take care of those).
NO Smoking-$150 cleaning fee taken from deposit if smoked in.
Please do NOT flush toilet paper.
Full hook -up site with 50 amp service is recommended especially in the hot months of July and August so that both air-conditioners can be used. We recommend you bring:
-Lawn chairs
-Bottled water
-Food and drinks
-Disposable cups/plates/bowls/utensils if you want to avoid washing dishes
-Paper towels
-String of outside lights
-Vinyl table cloth for outside picnic table
-Firewood
-Skewers
-Marshmallows and hot dogsCampers are fragile. Please handle with care to avoid damage. We would consider allowing one small dog that is fully potty trained. The dog can NOT be left unattended in camper at any time unless kept in a pet taxi. Additional pet/cleaning non-refundable deposit of $150 is required. The cost to repair any damage will be taken from deposit. Tenant is responsible for costs that exceeds amount of deposit.

Greetings from Donnie and Connie Clark. We are high school sweethearts married for 31 years. We’ve been blessed with a grown son, daughter, and daughter-in-law. We are Poppy and Mimi to the cutest little grandson who is 2 years old and another grand baby on the way. Donnie repairs aircraft turbine engine parts and Connie is a Registered Nurse. Our favorite trips are camping on Lake Texoma where our kids enjoy water sports. Fall camping with extended family and friends is also one of our favorites. There’s nothing better than sitting around the campfire on a cool fall night roasting marshmallows and drinking hot chocolate.
