This is a TOP of the line RV Fifth Wheel unit that can sleep a large family. 7-10 if needed. Avail for weekly rentals. WE Will Bring THE Unit TO Your Desired Location AND Setup THE Unit! YOU Will NOT Have TO DO ANY OF That! There will be no towing of the unit at all! So pick your location and let us know and will have it waiting for you! Where you want! We want you worry free! And I will try and do everything I can to make your stay comfortable. Please Make Sure to email and we will talk about any issues. We again will setup the unit and bring it to your site! Make Sure YOU Make them aware its 44ft and needs a 50 AMP connection! She is a BIG unit with 4 TVs and 3 ACs. And Sewage especially if extended stay!

No smoking inside the unit. $500 Clean up fee if Violated. While pets allowed we do charge $500 for the clean9ing of carpets and de-odorizing of the unit should your pet use it as a bathroom. We require THAT THE UNIT be in a acceptable location with 50 AMP SERVICE! Min and prefer sewage hookups for any extended stays due to limited size of tanks. Any questions or needing to use it outside of these issues can be arranged however we would like to know and be acceptable prior to booking. Please :)
