5.0This was our first RV experience of any kind. We wanted a vehcile we could park in a regular parking space. The Thor Rize really worked well. We had bikes on the back so we still had to be careful, but we were comfortable parking anywhere. There were 3 of us, my wife, myself and our pup, and it took a bit to sort our the sleeping arrangements. Once we did that we slept comfortably. The vehicle had everything we needed and after 3 weeks we had become accustomed to RV travel. The real difference was Bing. She answered all of our questions and gave us a thorough orientation. She also ensure that our vehicle was safe while we traveled. A great first experience, we will do it again.

4.0We were very grateful to rent this vehicle. It met our needs on a 2 week trip. The van was in good mechanical condition and was easy to drive. Bing was very good at communicating with us and responded promptly when we had a question. She gave an excellent introduction and tour of the van when we picked it up.
