Roofrack with 320 watts solar and straps for surfboards.
Plenty of storage under bed (2 bikes and load of extra space)
2 burner kitchen with porable sink system, with option to cook outside.
Big dinner table perfect for nice dinners and working on laptops with 2 people.
2 Roof vents installed for super nice air circulation (also while cooking)
Portable heater available.

Van is small enough to fit in a normal parking lot (perfect for city shopping) and easy to maneuver. The van is most happy in the mountains or on a quit surfing spot :)
