5.0I had a few minor issues during the trip but Al was more than willing to help me understand. As a first time tower and doing this by myself, I faced a few aspects of the learning curve with camping with these types of units. I am sure next time it would be much easier. But the fact that Al was so open to listening to all my questions and concerns, responded right away, and gave detailed explanations for each helped me to better understand how everything works.
