2.0The unit was not in the best condition. Mostly normal wear and tear but could have been much cleaner, especially the beds! The mattress covers had not been washed and there were several thick dark hairs on both beds, which was pretty disgusting. We mentioned it when we dropped the unit off afterwards and the issue was blamed on pet owners, when the lack of proper cleaning was the real issue. He did offer a discount on our next rental and apologized, which was nice. Hopefully it won’t happen again.
