Great Layout with sofa and dinette across from each other for a fun game night or a few evening drinks. Swing out 40" TV can face the living room or cab over bunk. The Kids can have their Separate FUN at the convertible mini dining table booth in the back bunkhouse area.Sleeping arrangements:
Rear Private 2 person 60"x72" queen bedroom that is separated by a sliding door and has a large window to enjoy the view of your adventures. 2 single 30"x72" bunks across from bathroom. Top one with an 80lb capacity folds up for a mini dining table with booth seating. 2 person cab over 55"x87" firm bunk for Taller Guests with privacy curtain and ladder, 2 guests sleep on the fold out 42"x69" sofa and 2 more on the 44"x69" dinette conversion, Both Upgraded FOR Taller Guests.Kitchen & Bath:
Open L shaped kitchen with counter extension. Refrigerator runs on shore power, generator or propane for off grid use. Gas stove top and oven, microwave and stainless sink. 41lb propane tank on board. Full Shower with high ceiling.Exterior:
11ft Electric Awning. Central AC and window heat screens for travel to hot areas significantly reduces interior temperatures.First quarter tank of propane is included in rental, must be refilled to at least 75% full upon return. Quickly resolves issues, accommodating
Hosts Mary and Nicollette were attentive, quick to respond to an unexpected water issue, offering recommendations and assistance. They were also very accommodating.

The RV is spacious, comfortably accommodating 5 to 8 adults (sleeps 10), and guests highlighted it drives very well. It features A/C, 2 large slide-outs, a private queen bedroom, and a bunkhouse.

4.0This was our first experience with an RV. We had a great time using this RV for a music festival, it was spacious enough to sleep 5 adults comfortably. The hosts were very attentive and when we experienced an unexpected issue with the water, they were quick to respond and provide recommendations and assistance.
