This is a great addition to your vacation taking all the amenities of home with you to your destination. This trailer has an awning so you can sit outside in the shade. I have also put a mattress topper on the queen matress to make it more comfortable. There is a tv and dvd player in the bedroom and in the living area. also there is lots of storage space. if you are a coffee drinker it comes with the coffee pot and filters. My family would love to share the camping experience our trailer provides with you

There is no smoking allowed in my trailer. No climbing the ladder and getting on the roof. do not turn on air conditioning with out being plugged into a 30 amp plug. no adapter for air conditioning and microwave
