Résumé de l'avis
Owner Responsiveness / Communication
Justin consistently receives high praise for his communication and service. Renters highlight his helpfulness, stating he was 'great to work with,' 'answered many questions over the weekend,' and was 'flexible with pick up time.' He also 'made sure we were all set up' and 'walked me through everything,' making the overall rental experience smooth and pleasant.
Vehicle Condition & Amenities
The condition of the RV and its advertised amenities are frequently mentioned. While some reviews note that 'the RV was clean like brand new' and 'very spacious and comfortable' with useful items like an 'outdoor frig' and 'pots and pans,' others express concern. One renter found that 'the rv pictures on the website don't reflect the camper's current condition. It wasn't very clean and had cosmetic damage pretty much all over the camper.' Another pointed out that a promised 'fireplace is not in the camper' and the 'TV only works with Netflix *if* you bring your own hotspot,' alongside a 'black water tank... full after 1.5 days' issue. These reviews suggest an inconsistency between listing description and actual condition.
