We have rented with outdoorsy over the last five years, and this experience I would have to say was probably our worst. We arrived at check-in time at 2 o’clock, but was notified the night before that their trailer was out and by the time it returned midday and they got it cleaned they probably wouldn’t get to us until early evening. Well when you’re travelling with eight people and two dogs I wanted the trailer there for 2 o’clock not 6 o’clock then it took him an hour to set it up, so there was a lot of just wasted time. The trailer came empty with no water as we never get water hook ups but every trailer we receive they always ask if they want the water tank filled prior. A discussion should have been had about water prior to make sure we both understand correctly. We had to get buckets and a funnel and fill up 10 jugs to be able to have some water in the tank so that was not fun in 32° weather as we were in a heat wave. There was one roll of toilet paper, not one garbage bag, cleaning cloth and an empty bottle of fish soap.. The broom was 2 feet tall and very difficult to sweep. There was no toaster, can opener, limited cutlery and the outdoor BBQ that they offer was out of service so we had to go buy one for this trip. There kitchen table was very wobbly and cushions kept falling down and could use some Velcro on the back to hold them in place.

Prashant was a great host . He went into great detail of all the operations of the trailer and setup procedures . This made me feel very assured as i set out on my adventure . Once my wife and i arrived at our destination the camper was very comfortable and had all the accessories we needed. We had a great adventure and experience with the hosts Prashant and Ashita . I highly recomend them to be your next host .

We had a very good experience with Prashant. Very nice and caring to make our trip more memorable. He took his time to explain all the detail so we didn’t have any issue during our trip. Also he is very accessible to answer my questions and solve any issues that may happen during RV trip. I definitely recommend if anyone is looking to rent a RV.

This was a very pleasant experience! From the start, Prashant and Ashita were available to answer questions and offer help as we negotiated the app and prepared for our trip. They are very pet-friendly and our boys had a wonderful time with us. Getting in and out of their property was no problem: if you’ve ever driven a trailer, you’ll be fine. There were a couple of very minor things that came up during our rental, but we discussed them with Ashita during the return and she was taking notes for future renters. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great rental experience. We’d use them again!

Our RV trip was great! Prashant was very informative and accommodating. He was responsive to all of our questions throughout the trip. We were a group of six and were very comfortable in the RV for 5 days. It had everything we needed for our camping trip and even had a box of chocolates! Will definitely book again with Prashant for next year. Thanks for a great experience!
