Get ready to explore Alaska with your whole family in this 2021 Tracer LE 260BHS. This model weighs in at just over 5,000 lbs without sacrificing space. The front queen bedroom is separated from the rest of the coach by a partial wall and solid doors for added privacy, while the rear bunk room provides a pair of roomy double-over-double bunks. The large bathroom holds a 30" x 40" shower with molded seat, plus a vanity sink and medicine cabinet. The slideout holds a booth dinette (converts to a bed) and 60" hide-a-bed sofa.The kitchen has a full size sink, gas stovetop, electric fridge/freezer, and microwave. Coffee maker and pots and pans with cooking utensils included. Plates and cups and coffee mugs too!Towels, pillows and linens are included for all the sleeping areas, and be advised the bunk beds are best reserved for small adults or children, due to the weight limit of approximately 200lbs.We offer a generator if your adventure takes you off grid, with a push button start remote to make every day just a little easier.Note:

If you are wanting to start your trip Monday - Friday, we are only able to drop off the camper to you in the evening due to our work schedules. Please make your trip plans accordingly, as you might need to book your trip with our camper the evening before, if you plan to leave in the morning.

• Elliot highway is a poorly maintained road with pot holes and plenty of chances to lose a tire or have an accident. It is a haul road used by semis and heavy loads. No trips up the Elliot highway will be allowed with our camper trailer.

We had a great time in this camper!! They provided everything we needed to have a great trip! Very informative with handoff of camper and they insured we understood how everything worked. We would definitely recommend this rental and look forward to renting from them again!!

Fairbanks, AK 99701. Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Closed on Sunday. Price- Free.
2. Fairbanks Campground and RV Park- 1800 College Road
Fairbanks, AK 99709. Hours: 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Every day. Price- Free for campers, $ fee for others.
Q.Is there a fee if we don't empty the tanks?

Yes, there will be a $30 deduction from the deposit if the tanks are not emptied prior to pick up.
Q.What is the cleaning fee if the camper is not tidy when returned?

There is a $50 cleaning fee deducted from the deposit if the camper is not returned in a tidy manner. This is only if there is a significant mess. ei: dishes are not cleaned, mud on surfaces, fridge has spills that weren't wiped up, etc. Basic cleaning supplies are provided to make sure that messes like these can be dealt with by the renter to avoid any cleaning fees.
