Flop outs-2. 1 queen / 1 full couch converts to bed, table converts to small bed.
Included: patio mat, dishes, silverware for 8 ppl. Coffee pot & toaster, pots and pans with various cooking utensils.
Two propane tanks full-to be returned full.
Not included: pillows, blankets, towels, toilet paper or other paper products.
