Very clean, comfortable, hybrid camper sleeps 5-6. Quick set up! Light weight only 3800 lbs Leveling jacks, power awning, three burner stove, refrigerator, AC, heater, water heater, shower in bathroom.
Flop outs-2. 1 queen / 1 full couch converts to bed, table converts to small bed.
Included: patio mat, dishes, silverware for 8 ppl. Coffee pot & toaster, pots and pans with various cooking utensils.
Two propane tanks full-to be returned full.
