It weighs 6400 dry and empty, but the weight starts adding up with necessities water,propane, and toys. There are 3 Queen beds, and both couches fold down to make an additional bed or two depending how you look at it. It’ll sleep way more people than needed. Bathroom is small but it gets the job done. Josh was great! Dropped off the Toy Hauler at the track for us, even accommodating us being 2.5 hours late. The Hauler was in great shape with everything we needed on site. This was a fantastic experience.
