Class C no CDL required...sleeps 8This is our personal family RV. Please understand we need to keep it clean. We are NON Smokers & smoking is not allowed. (Please no candles either). No towing allowed please & please do NOT access the roof. (roof was just re-sealed)RV will come with a full fuel tank, propane tank could vary. (we will verify usage at pickup/drop-off)Water tank will also be filled upon request. Renter is responsible to empty Both black & grey tanks. Please return RV with Full fuel (GAS) tank & replace any propane used. $300 charge if Both holding tanks are not emptied.Important! Road side assistance protection is now required for all of my rentals. broken windshields or Flat tires are renters responsibilityPets are allowed, Please clean up after them & ALL pet hair must be cleaned up. RV must be cleaned up! Cooler & propane grill if used need to be returned cleaned.Ce qui est inclusMust BRING your own LinensBasic supplies, cooler, pop up tent, camping chairs... big yeti cooler, roasting sticks. Coleman propane grill.paper plates, napkins, plasticware... use what is there. (if it's in the RV use it, if you feel you can replace, then please do so for the next renter) Honor system :)RecommandationsRV is kept in storage & not on site...so coming to look at it is difficult at times & no, no test drives please! Pets are allowed however $100.00 will be taken from your deposit, if PET hair is not cleaned up. (Sorry to add this, however it's a ton of extra work for us to clean this up)IMPORTANT!
