Jose was highly communicative, responding quickly and providing significant help. He was described as generous and willing to resolve issues, even delivering new batteries. One renter, however, reported no reimbursement for significant trailer malfunctions.
Well-equipped and towed smoothly
The trailer was generally clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and as advertised, noted for towing great. However, one renter detailed multiple major issues, including faulty batteries/inverter, a non-working heater, hot water heater problems, and unsecured propane tanks.

5.0This camper was great! It had everything we needed and more. There was a little miscommunication with pick up time but Jose was amazing to work with and was incredibly helpful and generous. We will definitely be renting from him again.
