Awning is not automatic so prefer not to use unless experience as they are tedious and testy. Please have lids for all cups as RV has light carpet.The unit must be returned undamaged with gasoline fuel at its departure level or above, propane at departure level or above, holding tanks dumped, and return checklist completed for a full security deposit refund. The following charges will be deducted from your Security Deposit: Failure to dump holding tanks, returning gasoline fuel less than departure amount, toll fees, and the cost of repairs for any damages noted during check-in inspection. Renter is responsible for the actual retail cash value of the Vehicle on the date of loss if it cannot be repaired, missing equipment, administrative expenses incurred processing a damage claim, whether or not you were at fault during the incident, up to the deductible amount of the collision/comprehensive insurance. Renter shall assume responsibility for theft and vandalism to the Vehicle. SMOKING: Smoking inside the RV is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeit of entire security deposit. ROOF: Climbing on the roof is prohibited. SPEEDING: For maximum performance you will not want to exceed 65 MPH. The maximum speed allowed is 70 MPH, for your safety and the safety of the coach please do not exceed 70 MPH. TOLLS: Renter is responsible for all tolls incurred during their rental. Many toll charges are not received for many weeks. We reserve the right to charge the renter for tolls up to six months from the rental period if needed.
