• This is a lightweight trailer that can be easily towed with a SUV.. only 2986lbs dry!!
• Very clean non smoking unit
• Possibilities for early/late pick up and drop off times

Comes with everything you’ll need to hit the open road . Just bring your food, clothes, bedding & toiletries…plus anything specific you may need.
Included With Your Rental
• Hitch with weight distribution sway bars and leveling jacks
• All dishes, utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker (pods & ground), toaster, kettle
• Dishrags, dish towels , dish soap, salt & pepper
• Queen size bed with “Brand NEW Luxury queen size mattress with pillow top”
• twin size bunk beds, & a table that can fold down to become a double size bed
• inside shower & toilet
• Air conditioner, Electric Fireplace, Diesel heater, fridge/freezer, stovetop, microwave, kitchen sink
• TV & DVD player with tons of DVD’s for those rainy days
• Bluetooth compatible stereo
• Electric Awning
• 4 adult size camping chairs
• 2 hammocks
• 6 Weiner/Smokies roasting sticks
• Large & small Axe

• In lieu of the cleaning fee, the renter will be expected to return the RV in the same condition and cleanliness that they received it in
• All required cleaning supplies will be provided.
• Rentals returned uncleaned or not in the same condition it left in there will be charged a $60 cleaning fee from the damage deposit
***Please have the Grey & Black water tanks emptied and cleaned before returning or there is a $40 septic cleaning fee***Extras & Add-ons
• Pet fee: $10
• Propane Fire-Pit $20/night (great for not needing wood and great to use for when fire bands are in effect)
• Extra Filled Propane tank $30 ( I have 4 tanks for rent )• Brand New Ultra Quiet Generator for off grid camping or none powered sites. $25/dayPickup is 2pm and after, return is 11am.
Possible to be fixable depending on upcoming reservations.

5.0The camper was nicely stocked and most everything was there to make it a good experience. The host was very helpful and had everything ready to go when we arrived to pick it up. When we returned the trailer it was very quick to do the walk around and get on our way. Overall it was a great time and a very nice service to have as a camping option. Cheers
