33 foot Bunkhouse, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps up to 9 people. We include bedding, blankets, & pillows.Includes 1 slide-out for the dining and living room areas for a total of 260 sq ft. Includes a compact kitchen with 3 burner stove, oven for baking, microwave and sink. Comes with everything you need to cook, prepare, and serve your meals including pots, pans, plates, cups, & utensils.Bring out the awning, to sit in the shade during the day, play music with our built-in sound system. Two refrigerators - 1 inside to keep your food cool which runs on propane or electricity, one outside for your beer & wine, or sodas.Covid19 Info
We clean with Bleach and 60% Alcohol, to ensure the unit is free of viruses. We wipe all common use surface areas, including seating & tables/counters with bleach. We spray alcohol on the bedding under the washed sheets. If you are sick, please notify us Asap.Games
Checkers, Chess, Monopoly, Playing Cards and Poker Chips. We also include a football and soccer ball.Animals
We will accept service animals and 4 legged companions. Please pay the optional $50 pet cleaning fee. Poop and Pee are extra.Power Source / Generator
You can use full hookups at a park which offers 30 or 50 Amps. We have a plug/cord allowing you to run the A/C off a 110 household outlet. For $30 more daily, rent our generator. It can run off propane OR gasoline, no fuel included.Delivery
Our RV will be moved to the location of your choice for a delivery, setup, sewage, and pickup fee, paid COD. Charge is $3 per mile, $75 minimum. Delivery to Telephone Cove, Pirate's Cove, Lake Havasu, Kingman, Needles, Bullhead, Davis Camp, or?Self Pull Travel
If pulling, you Must pay for the insurance with a $1000 deductible, and will need a towing package on your vehicle. It uses a 7-way cord. NO Trips TO Mexico. There is a $25 waste disposal fee if you self pull.NON Smoking Unit
