Hi, my name is Phil. My family and I love this camper and hope to help your group have a great experience in it as well. it is easy to tow and very comfortable. Great rig for a family or small group trip. Includes a queen bed up front, 2 full bunks in the back, and a large dinette that folds down to a queen bed as well. Easily accommodates 6. Top bunk is great for kids weight limit 200 pounds. Nice open space with large slide-outs. Lightweight and 1/2 ton towable. Will include stabilizer hitch and sway bars for standard 2” receiver. Kitchen is furnished with basics (2 frying pans, quart saucepan, plates, cups, utensils, and small Keurig type coffee maker). Kitchen are includes Oven, 3 burner stovetop, and microwave and split freezer fridge that can run in electric or propane.
Outdoor kitchen with small fridge, sink, gas 2 burner stove, and grill.Indoor/outdoor speakers. Tv. Lots of board games available. Small fan and several electric heaters are available. Includes 4 camp chairs and fold up table. Beds have usb charging ports and reading lights.Generator available for additional cost of $25 per day.
Dump fee $20 must be added on if you are not planning to dump the unit yourself.Can also provide bike rack or bumper storage also for add on.
Any damages will be deducted from the deductible at fair replacement cost + labor (min$25). Any evidence of pet messes excessive pet hair $50 (urine or poo) will be $100 cleaning fee. Any evidence of debris in the grey water system $100 fee. Only water and soap should be in grey water tank. Any foreign objects in black waste tank results in up to $500 cleaning fee depending on blockage (only pee, poo, and rv toilet paper can be dumped).
