The Cross Trail is our fully stocked Class C RV.The same great experience we have been bringing to our guests with our highly rated campers for the past few years is now available for those looking for a motorhome! Book with confidence when you see the ratings on our campers.2022 Coachman Cross Trail 23XG Class C Motorhome has what your family will need to have a great time on the road. It has a queen size bed with an upgraded mattress, full size over the cab bunk, and the dining table converts to a twin size bed. It has a full kitchen set up with sink, three burner cook top, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. It sports a full bath with toilet, vanity and indoor shower. There are two TVs, radio for entertainment. Has centrally controlled heat and air to help keep you comfortable. And solar power to help keep that battery charged without the need for electric or generator power! This motorhome is very easy and enjoyable to drive.At an easier to manage 26 feet but still with plenty of room for the whole family, you're going to love the memories you make traveling in the Cross Trail.Even though the Cross Trail is stocked with most everything you need, there is a huge outside access storage area so you can easily take those things that will make your trip that much more fun. The queen bed, overhead bed and convertible dinette allow sleeping for up to 5! Which is a great plus in an RV that is sized right for easy driving.Our RV has all you need for your trip:• Linens

No Burning Man rentals. Other festivals require approval and will require a larger refundable security deposit. Please let us know if you plan to take to a festival.
No smoking or vaping. This will result in forfeiture of renter’s full security deposit
No rooftop access.
Do not tow anything behind the trailer. Motorhome towing with approval only.
Cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit for camper returned excessively dirty. (Examples: dirt/mud on floors and/or furniture, pet hair on furniture, personal waste still in toilet, improperly washed dishes, items not put away in appropriate locations.)
Drop-offs after 3PM will incur a late charge of $20 per hour.
