A private bedroom gives you privacy from the rest of the rig. A full bath with an outdoor option as well. Tv can easily be moved from the living room to the outside under the Awning. Many upgrades including a memory foam mattress. Tv in the bedroom as well. Both TV's have Roku. Separate AC units for the living area and Bedroom. Tankless water heater. our host was wonderful, attentive and was available if we needed him but honestly everything worked as it was supposed to. the unit was perfect. we rented this unit for my 86 yr old mother and it wasn't a problem at all for her to maneuver in .
