I am a family man who loves to camp with his family. I like the comforts of home and after a long hard week at work we like to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. All things family is our guiding principle in life and we enjoy spending time away our loved ones. Please read thoroughly. Owner of RV is not responsible for any misconceptions or misinterpretations from for renter failing to read Cancellation Policy, Rules of the road, or descriptions outlined in Quote. ABSOLUTELY NO CAMPING ON SAND (BEACH OR OTHERWISE). Camping in a RV park near the beach is allowed. Same-day rentals are not allowed unless prior approval from owner. Normal reservations must be made and approved at least 36 hours in advance of departure date. Multiple quotes may be out on an RV with the same or overlapping rental dates. Do to this fact we do not hold units. Upon completion of a Reservation and paying the required Reservation Deposit, a booking will be secured. A detailed Rental Agreement will then be sent to you via DocuSign that requires review and signing. We will be happy to answer any and all questions during review of the Rental Agreement. PET POLICY: No pets are allowed inside the RV at anytime please. Normally departures can be accommodated as early as 10 am on the departure date. Please plan for a 45 minute orientation prior to departure. Earlier times may be arranged, depending on availability and for a fee. Normal return time is 5:00 pm on the day of return. Later return may be arranged, depending upon availability. There may be an additional night's charge for late returns. All vehicles not returned within 24 hours of agreed upon return time without prior approval may be reported as stolen. RV is to be returned in the same condition as it was received. Renter has unlimited financial responsibility for negligent damages caused to the RV during rental. Personal contents are never covered by insurance. Awning damage is not covered by insurance. Renter is financially responsible for all en route service maintenance during extended trips. The ROOF of the vehicle is off limits to all persons. SECURITY DEPOSIT: There is a $1000 Security Deposit Authorization for this Class C Motorhomes. or a $1500 Security Deposit Authorization for Class A Motorhomes. The unit must be returned undamaged with gasoline fuel at its departure level, holding tanks dumped, and return checklist completed for a full $1000 Security Deposit authorization release. Smoking inside the RV will forfeit entire Security Deposit. The following charges will be deducted from your Security Deposit: Additional failure to dump holding tanks, returning gasoline fuel less than departure amount, toll fees (in state or out of state) plus a $5 administrative cost, and the cost of repairs for any damages noted during check-in inspection. Renter is responsible for the actual retail cash value of the Vehicle on the date of loss if it cannot be repaired, missing equipment, administrative expenses incurred processing a damage claim, whether or not you were at fault during the incident, up to the deductible amount of the collision/comprehensive insurance; $500 deductible per occurrence for Class C Motorhomes. Renter shall assume responsibility for theft and vandalism to the RV at all times.
