Owner Responsiveness
Renters frequently praised excellent communication, describing the owner as extremely helpful, easy to work with, and very responsive to questions, often within minutes, leading to smooth pick-up and drop-off. However, severe negative experiences involved significant delays in RV availability, the host not being present for scheduled events, and multiple last-minute booking cancellations, which severely disrupted travel plans.
Vehicle Condition
The condition and readiness of the RV are critical. Positive reviews often state the RV was perfect, very clean, and that everything worked just fine. Conversely, several negative reviews reported significant issues such as the RV being poorly maintained, having mechanical problems like issues with front brakes, lacking proper preparation for renting, and uncomfortable amenities, all of which detracted from the rental experience.

3.0Would have to confirm the September review by a previous client. The RV is not well maintained. It has several issues that I will not go into at this time. On top of that the RV was not available at the scheduled and confirmed time. It was 5 hours late and we had to cancel campsite reservations for the first night. Would also mention that the host was not available at the drop-off which was also scheduled and confirmed. I was not able to review the return closeout with him. I would not rent this RV again.

1.0The host was very unprofessional in dealing with a claim dispute between the Host and myself. In addition, the RV was in poor condition including having issues with the front brakes. There were a number of other issues on how poorly the RV was prepared for renting including, lack of documentation on how to operate basic features of the RV. I have not had these issues working through Outdoorsy in the past. Our dissatisfaction is more with the Host from AmeriGo and not with Outdoorsy.
