Responsive and supportive host
Yen provided prompt communication, detailed video instructions, and actively helped resolve issues like overcharging and on-trip concerns.
Easy to maneuver, good mileage
The compact van is easy to drive and fuel-efficient, featuring a pop-up loft, bathroom, and larger fridge. However, sleeping 4 adults is tight, and there have been reports of non-functional radio, heater, and cleanliness issues.

5.0Yen and husband were very easy to communicate with. We had an issue with Outdoorsy overcharging our bank card , was a little bit of a hassle but they took care of it in a few days - One note to future renters ... the camper van is under 18 ft it was smaller than vans i've rented in the past - it cannot sleep 4 adults comfortably though -my husband and I did the trip with my mom and the fold out bed in back is only enough room for 1 adult comfortably under 5 ft 5- ( or two very small children ) the pop up bed on top was a super tight squeeze for two adults ( my husband 6ft 1 , and i'm 5 ft 4 but we made it work -lol ) - but if your looking for a van that's super easy to drive , great on gas mileage, or this is your first time this is a good rental. 😊

4.0Our first time renting from Outdoorsy! Loved the pop up sleeping quarters and the convenience of having a traveling bathroom! The beds were comfy and the fridge was bigger and held more than expected!

5.0First time renting a camper van for my family of 4. The experience was great. The radio/head unit did not work which was a downfall for driving. Other than that the campervan itself was great for our family.
