Overall, the problems we had stemmed from lack of communication from the host who did not meet us to deliver the RV and provided no instructions on how to operate any of the equipment on the RV. When we went to pick up the RV a very young female met us and said she knew nothing about the RV, that she was just helping out her sister who parks the RV at her place, handed off the keys, and that we would just have to figure it out. We searched all over the RV and the only instructions we found were posted on the cabinet and were minimal. They were more like rules (such as "no shoes in the RV" and "place the dirty linens on the floor"). The owner did send a link to videos but it was sent hours after pick up and in a format that required creating an account and then downloading the videos. By that point we were beyond signal range to do either of those steps. Upon return, the host was still nowhere to be found. For the next renter - Note: The fridge doesn't work unless the generator is on. We were never told that was the case and lost over half the perishables we purchased for the trip. The extras with this RV are great, but doesn't make up for having a ghost host.

A great experience from start to finish. The host was communicative, honest, and quick to reply. When we picked up they explained everything in detail and made us feel comfortable with the RV operation before departure.
