Hello. Thank you for considering my Reflection RV. This unit is essentially new, has never been towed a long distance, and is in perfect working order inside and out. I have used the unit as an office / overflow guest space since purchased in mid-2018. You will definitely love it!I am happy to travel to set this RV up for you, within 50 miles of Fruitland MD 21826. There are many campgrounds within that range and I would be happy to discuss the various locations and amenities. Additional distances can be negotiated.I believe that you will love your time in this unit; and find it to be quite comfortable during the fall and winter months thanks to the 4 seasons package. All linens and towels are provided, and the kitchen is stocked. The queen bed in the owners room is new, and your kids will love the beds in the bunkhouse.
