Résumé de l'avis
Responsive but inconsistent fee transparency
Joy is praised for responsiveness, detailed instructions, and a welcoming approach. However, multiple guests reported unexpected post-rental charges for cleaning, dumping, or pets, which were not clearly outlined or contradicted prior agreements.
Easy driving, occasional amenity issues
The 2022 Ford RV is noted for being easy to drive, spacious, and comfortable. While generally clean and well-equipped with amenities, some renters experienced non-working features like cameras, display system, or missing an awning and basic kitchen supplies.

4.0When I came to pick up the RV, we realized that two of the rear tires were in need of replacement. Although it caused a delay picking up, I was happy that they immediately went and got the tires replaced. There was no awning on the RV and there was some minor damage on the right side caused by previous guests, but this did not bother us, and we had a great trip. Everything worked well that we wanted to use, and we had a great time. The owners gave it to us completely clean, and expect it to be completely clean on return. Joy was very responsive whenever I texted or called. Thanks for the great vacation.

5.0Joy was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was our first time operating an RV. From the very beginning of our trip she was on time to meet us and provided detailed instructions on the operation of the RV. Prior to the trip she was very helpful in letting me know what items we may want to bring in order to make our trip more enjoyable. The RV was immaculate upon receipt and very easy to operate. When we got to the campground we felt like veteran campers. During our trip we did have a question and called Joy, She immediately picked up the phone and provided the answer to our question. She was the quintessential host! No to mention she is so very kind and considerate. I would recommend her rental to anyone who is interested in having a great RV experience.
