1999 Class C 24' Fleetwood Tioga that has been recently remodeled and is very neat and clean! Full kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, double sinks, oven, stove and microwave. Pantry/wardrobe and plenty of cabinets and drawers for easy and convenient storage. New gray leather seating around dining table and on single backseat with seatbelt. Full and private bathroom with sink, toilet and stand up shower with small tub for bathing children. Plenty of bathroom storage available with towels and soaps/shampoos provided. Overhead bunk that comfortably sleeps 2 adults, with custom closeable curtains for privacy. Very comfortable double bed in rear of cabin and dinette converts to small sleeping area. Linens can be provided by request and additional cost. This Tioga has a furnace/air system, generator and TV with cable/internet hook-up. 2 outdoor manual awnings included to provide shelter from the sun and rain. Outside/under-cab storage area is available for all your adventure gear! RV can be delivered and set-up for you, along with tear down and pick-up.
RV can also be picked up and returned to my homesite or specified location.

The awning is easy to open and secure with 2 people working together to open awning. Step-by-step instructions are provided in the manual folder pocket which is located in the cabinet above the single, back seat.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
The electric, water and sewage systems are easy to use. Detailed instructions can be found in the provided manual that is kept in the cabinet above the single, back seat. If sewage is not offered at individual campsite, the sewage tank can be used and emptied at main park sewage disposal site.
Q.What are the gas tank requirements?
R.
Upon pickup by the renter, the RV will come with a full tank of gas provided by the owner. Upon return, the renter must return the RV with a full tank of gas. If not, the renter will be charged the current gas price for filling up the tank. This charge will be paid out of the security deposit following the return of the RV.
