Renting Mike's Thor Siesta RV enabled a long-time dream of a family vacation at my in-laws lakeside cabin in Maine. The cabin isn't big enough for all of us, so the RV allowed all of us to be together. Mike was an incredible host. Since this was our first time in an RV, he gave a thorough walk-through of everything we needed to know from operation, to safety, and all the amenities. His communication was prompt and he helped us through a couple of things that we were unfamiliar with after we were on the road. He and his family are passionate about RVing an it shows. The one thing I would change would be to pick the vehicle up a day early. We were eager to hit the road, so we just loaded in and left. The RV has lots of storage compartments. If we had set aside time to properly organize our things before we left it would've been easier to find them later. For first timers, I do suggest watching tutorial videos in advance. Every RV is a little different and I could've gotten more from Mike's walkthrough if I was more familiar with all the basics in advance. Thanks to Mike and family!
