If you are running AC and Water Heater, turn refrigerator to Gas connection. (Make sure propane tank is open for this- also to cook).
Absolutely NO smoking inside the RV.
Clean up RV and leave in same condition as you arrived. Empty Trash, clean, sweep, remove all your belongings and turn everything off before leaving.
Charges will be assessed and subtracted from deposit for any broken parts/accessories or damage to RV, or any missing items (including urine, food or other stains on mattresses, furniture or floor).
