Come and see the sights of Washington, DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis while enjoying many of the comforts of home! Our RV ("Windy") can accommodate 3-4 adults and an additional 3-4 children. With under 33,000 miles and new tires installed in August of 2017, Windy drives beautifully.Guests will enjoy Windy's queen-sized memory foam mattress and flat screen television with Blu-ray player. A selection of books and movies will be available in the coach. Pillows, blankets and linens will be provided for the queen bed and may be requested free of charge for the fold-down sofas and dinette. All guests will receive a complimentary welcome package with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bath salts, body lotion, and bar soap) from The Roam Collection by William Roam, select beverages and assorted snacks. Additional grocery stocking can be arranged at the guest's request and expense.My husband and I love animals and we are pleased to allow well-behaved dogs in our RV. We apologize but we are unable to accommodate cats. Other pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A non-refundable pet fee will be collected when the reservation is made to cover the extra cleaning necessary after an animal has been in the coach. Any damage caused by pets to the contents of the motorhome will be assessed upon return and the items' replacement costs will be withheld from the security deposit.For your convenience an EZ Pass transponder is affixed to our motorhome's windshield. Any tolls that the renter incurs will be withheld from the renter's security deposit.Important Information: Our leveling system is not functional at this time. Blocks to be placed under wheels will be provided and may be used as necessary.
