Included at no extra charge are linens, dishes (pots, pans, bowls, plates, flatware, etc), electric gridle, toaster, coffee maker, ice chest, portable charcoal grill and 4 folding chairs.Sleeping configuration: 1 Queen bed (pillow top Serta mattress for extra comfort), 1 full bed over the cab, 1 jackknife sofa. Easily sleeps 2 adults and 3 children. All pillows, blankets and sheets are provided for the Queen bed, pillows and sleeping bags can be provided for the fold out couch and over cab bed.Pickup time is 3 PM and return time is 10 AM. The RV will have a full tank of gas at pickup and is expected to be full at drop off. If it is not full a $5 per gallon charge will be deducted from the deposit. Grey and Black tanks are expected to be emptied before returning otherwise a $100 fee will be deducted from the deposit. Absolutely NO smoking and NO pets. Failure to comply with the no smoking/no pet rules will be a forfeiture of entire deposit.The $150 cleaning deposit is refundable, however I do not expect people to spend 8 hours cleaning the RV after they are done with their trip. It literally takes my wife and I an average of 4 hours to get it ready to go out again. To get the deposit back, all of the linens and bedding need to be washed, the interior has to be completely cleaned and the exterior washed and hand dried. We do not expect anyone to do this and that is why we charge the cleaning deposit.Absolutely no trips to Mexico or Festivals (such as Burning Man).
