Unloaded the trailer weights 6,710 Lbs.-Comes with gourmet kitchen, residential master suite (queen memory foam mattress)with bedroom door (bedding only for this bed is provided), and spacious bathroom. 82' tall interior and 72' tall slide rooms. Oversized tank capacities (fill and empty the tanks less often). Outdoor kitchen, 19ft awning, furnace, and so much more! Can sleep 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably with 1 queen bed, 1 sofa sleeper, 1 drop down dinette bed and 2 bunks. Comes with some kitchen utensils. Also comes with 25ft water hose, leveling blocks, wheel chocks, sewer hose support and sewer hose. Also enjoy your music anywhere with indoor and outdoor speakers and a bluetooth enabled system.-We deep clean and disinfect the RV after each renter!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Typical pick up time is 9am and drop off is 3pm. We can do as early as 8am for pick up and as late as 5pm for drop off.
