Your family will love the space and the amenities while camping at all your favorite places in our new Coleman trailer. There is sleeping for 6-10 with bunk Beds in back and a queen size bed in the front private bedroom. The sofa and dinette table can be turned into bed as well. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils, a few pots and pans, stove top coffee percolator, dinnerware, and paper towels. Restroom comes stocked with toilet paper.
Enjoy your morning coffee out under the 16' awning without disturbing the rest of the family or waking the kids while they are asleep in the bunk space. Trailer also comes with outside table, patio mat,6 camping chairs, and board/card games.

This camper also has weight distribution hitch to make the tow ride smooth. (Included)
*All Rentals 4+ nights Must have access to a waste dump and water at some point during the rental
*We supply 1 full propane tank at no charge
**Dumping fee is charged only when tanks are not emptied prior to return.
After Every Rental: Everything is washed/ sanitized. We take great pride in providing an immaculate camper to every renter.
*No “off-roading” Please plan camping spots with roads/paths designed for trailers.
*We ask to be informed of the destination and if there are any changes to that destination. (Trailer is not allowed to be taken to Mexico.)
*No Smoking of anything inside trailer please
*Towing vehicle must have electronic brake controller installed or opt to use our Wireless/Bluetooth electric brake controller for $25.00. If lost, $300 will be removed from the deposit.
*Travel trailer does not come with generator. If you are camping somewhere that does not offer RV hookup and want full amenities like A/C, TV and microwave you will need generator. Available is 4500 watt $50 flat fee.
We ask that you return the camper in the same condition you received it. If the camper is dirty upon return, the cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit.
