Less than 4 years old and ready to go with all necessary equipment (water/sewer/electrical hookup gear included). Blankets, kid games, camping chairs, all ready for your fun time exploring the great outdoors. Awning for shade with an outside fridge and grill for cooking; or enjoying tunes outside by a fire pit. Easy to tow at 29 ft x 8 (slide out for dining table and more room). Dry weight is 5,013 lbs, Gvwr 6,500 lbs, hitch weight 580 lbs. Must have a tow hitch obviously. Has 2 propane tanks for heating and cooking with. A/C runs off electric hookups. Also has a TV, DVD player with DVDs and stereo for inside and outside.Inside has nice kitchenette area with dining that converts to bed; bunk beds; queen bed with plenty of storage. Bathroom has shower and tub and there is an outside shower as well. Treat as if this were your second home. Please leave it in the condition you pick it up in. There is a laundry shoot in master bed area for any linens/blankets used. Return in the same condition you left with. Please no smoking inside RV as we have kids with asthma. Other than that, enjoy your time and treat our RV as if it were your own. Remember to put awning in during wind to avoid damage. Plenty of room for cold beverages! :)
