No cats. Please don't smoke in the trailer. The use of bedding is required. Whether you bring your own or rent from us, have something between you and the mattress. If the trailer requires deep cleaning upon return, the renter will be charged based on the required level of cleaning effort. The cleaning fee only covers cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces. Things like carpet cleaning and stain removal will be subject to additional fees.Trailers returned with an improperly emptied holding tank will be charged a holding tank emptying fee.The trailer will not be rented to those who do not have at least minimal trailering experience unless the renter pays for delivery.Notes on generator use:
The add-on option for generators gets you two 2000w generators that can be rigged together in parallel. This is enough power to run the heaviest consumers but not all electrical components at once; that will overload and trip the generators. These generators are not automated and require a basic level of power and small engine know-how (choke, load management, etc.) No refunds will be given for operator error.

Résumé de l'avis
Excellent communication & setup
Conrad is consistently praised for being responsive, helpful, and delivering/setting up the RV thoroughly, explaining features to renters. However, disputes arose over extra charges and early pickups, with the host providing detailed justifications for his actions.
Well-equipped & comfortable interior
The trailer is praised for being well-stocked with amenities like a griddle, camp chairs, and a powerful AC. Many describe it as comfortable and clean, suitable for families. One renter reported an ant infestation, and another disputed its general cleanliness and exterior condition.

Foire aux questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
Fairly flexible. If I can't make the delivery, my friend Tommy usually can.
Q.
Are you a state park concessionaire?
R.
No, I'm not. A concessionaire has a state-sanctioned monopoly on doing business in a state park. Certain state parks consider dropping off an RV at a campsite doing business in a state park, but do not consider bringing a rental RV, on your own, into a state park 'doing business.' Certain state parks care about this a lot, others don't care at all. Do I consider these government-sanctioned monopolies silly, bureaucratic, corrupt, and un-American...absolutely.
