- IF THE A/C IS ON, DO NOT LEAVE THE DOOR OR WINDOWS OPEN. (condensation will build and freeze up the a/c unit)
- ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE HOLD TOILET PAPER OR FEMININE PRODUCTS DOWN THE TOILET. ($250 Tank Cleaning Fee WILL APPLY)

Listing shows a generator but this trailer does NOT come with a generator. But Brandin was great - we ran down the battery on our first night and he drove out and replaced it with another one for us!
