Bring the whole family! Our Jayco Greyhawk 31FS is made for family road trips, camping weekends and adventures with a crew. With sleeping space for up to 10, bunk beds, a private rear bedroom and multiple living areas, there’s room for everyone without feeling like you’re packed into a tiny camper.The 31FS has one of our favorite family-friendly layouts. You’ll have a private rear bedroom, bunk beds, a large cab-over bed, plus a dinette and sofa that convert into additional sleeping space. There are 8 seatbelts for travel and sleeping accommodations for up to 10 once you’re at camp.The full kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave and sink, with plenty of storage for food and supplies. You’ll also have a full bathroom, A/C and heat, generator, TVs and an outdoor awning for relaxing at the campsite.Built on the Ford E-450 chassis, it’s easy to settle in for a road trip while still having the space and conveniences of a much larger RV.Highlights:

We had an absolutely amazing weekend in Olympic! The RV was spotless, well-maintained, and came fully stocked with all the essential cookware we needed. Our host, Hanna, was incredibly accommodating and communicative from start to finish. She also made a manual for us which was incredibly helpful and we were able to make sure that we followed all the necessary steps. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our family!

A few simple rules help us keep it in great shape for everyone: • No smoking or vaping inside the RV. • Please return the RV reasonably clean and free of excessive trash or mess. • Return with the fuel tank at the same level as pickup. • Black and gray tanks should be emptied before return unless you’ve purchased a dumping add-on. • Only approved drivers may drive the RV. • Please do not climb or store items on the roof. • Awning must be retracted when unattended, overnight, or during windy/rainy conditions. • Please report any damage or problems as soon as they happen. We’d much rather know right away so we can help. Most importantly, have a great trip, make some memories, and enjoy the adventure!
