2017 Dodge Sprinter Van
This 2017 Ram Promaster is perfect for your next adventure. We lived in it full time traveling the West coast for nine months with our 2 pups. It comes with a two burner gas stove and a full sink with a 3 stage filter system for your drinking water. The passenger seat swivels with a fold up table so you can watch the waves while eating your lunch or working on a project. Behind the driver seat is a two person bench and by propping the driver seat forward it makes for a perfect napping area. All the cabinets are made of birch plywood and the cabinet faces are made of eastern red cedar along with the walls and ceiling. Cabinet doors are all soft close and come with locking pins for when you are driving. We also used Havelock wool to insulate the whole van, so you're set for colder temps. Beneath the full size bed in the "garage" leaving plenty of space for all your traveling gear. In this garage space you will find a 20 gallon water tank for drinking/showering, 100 amp hour lithium batteries charged by 200 watts of solar, a 30 amp dc-dc charger and a 1200 watt inverter. We had the best time with Eric’s van on a trip to Lassen Volcanic National Park. It was our first time trying out van life and it did not disappoint! The van was equipped for cooking and we loved opening the back doors to look out at our beautiful views after a day of hiking. Eric was so nice and very accommodating to our requests since we were traveling from out of town to pick up the van. He was easy to communicate with if we had any questions and explained how everything worked at pick up. The only things we wish we had was the shower head, which was broken at the time and we weren’t informed of ahead of pickup, and some of the drawers could use locks/ties to keep them from opening during travel. Things that could improve the experience would be providing beach towels (we brought our own) and coffee cups. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely rent from Eric and his wife again!

Eric was super accommodating to hook us up with a last minute trip and really easy going with our return process. Fantastically welcoming and generous to let us hang out at his place while we waited for our Uber back to the airport. Would definitely recommend booking with him again!

Had a wonderful experience with the van. Took us to the views at Yosemite National Park to Calistoga for great food and wine without any issues. Van had everything we needed and Eric was super helpful with walking us through all the amenities. Was great to have a chairs included and the shower in the back was much appreciated.

Eric was great about walking me through the vehicle and introducing me to the various benefits that the RV van had. It was our first time with this kind of vehicle and it was surprisingly easy to drive. The turning radius was surprisingly good. The storage space was much more than expected, especially in the refrigerator. The only difficulty we had was with the clips that held the cabinets shut. If renting it, I would recommend using twine to secure it or something that had less flexibility with driving. Other than that, it was a great first trip in a van like this. Even had a random person at our campsite approach us to ask about it. Love to rent it again!
