Ready for some memories?!? This brand new 2020 trailer will be perfect for any family! 21 foot bunk house trailer that has a slide out making it spacious enough for the whole crew. It will comfortably sleep 5 or 6 with smaller children. Unit comes with a full size bed, 2 bunk beds, and double bed. It comes complete with a full private bath, shower, full-size refrigerator with freezer, 2 burner gas range sink, TV with DVD player, indoor and outdoor speakers for radio with bluetooth USB, automatic extending awning, an additional 10 foot canopy included, and all of the amenities needed to have a great trip!Weighing in only at 3,789lbs dry, this unit can be towed by most SUV's and mid-sized trucks. We provide a hitch and sway bar. You will need a trailer brake and tow package that has a 2 5/16” receiver and 7 way electric. We have a wireless trailer brake included for your convenience.The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, basic cooking and eating utensils, cups, plates and/or bowls, a tea pot, coffee pot, paper towels, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies. Some food essentials included to use as needed and do not need to be replaced. We will cover any used items with the clean/replacement fee. 4 camping chairs, lights, flashlights, leveling blocks, assortment of tools, tabletop stove with propane, and various other camping needs included.The unit includes pillows fitted sheets, 4 sleeping bags, fresh towels, and wash cloths.The bathroom has a shower with a toilet, mirrored cabinet, a sink with underneath storage, towel hooks and RV-Grade toilet paper is included.For some extra family fun, there are DVDs for the little ones and a large assortment of games and activities to enjoy as a family. We would recommend that if your going for more then 3 days you consider a generator. Battery lasts for about 48 hours (can be recharged with vehicle your towing with) but will not run microwave or air conditioner. Water will last 2-3 days also depending on usage.

This was the first time that we have rented a camper, and it was a great experience. Derrick, the owner, answered all of our questions leading up to our trip, helped us get the lay of the land to use his camper, and pickup/drop off was super easy.
