* Only verified and approved drivers may operate the motorhome.
* No smoking inside the RV.
* No towing.
* No roof access
* No off-road use, racing, or reckless driving.
* All passengers must wear seat belts while the motorhome is in motion.
* No climbing, sitting, or standing on the roof.
* Awning must be retracted during high winds, at bed time and when leaving the campsite.
* Pets must be approved in advance.
* Please treat our motorhome with care and respect.
* Return the RV in the same clean condition as received.
* All personal belongings and trash must be removed before return.
* Return the RV on time and with the agreed-upon fuel level.
* Any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or unauthorized use may result in additional charges.
*Please follow all campground rules.

Traveling has never been simple for our own family because of schedules, comfort, and the cost of getting away, so we wanted to make it easier for others. I also enjoy raising and tagging monarch butterflies and releasing them during migration. My dream is to one day stand among the trees in Mexico where millions of monarchs gather for the winter. I’ve been happily married for 27 years, and our family includes two daughters, two sons in law, and one grandson who proudly holds the title of “family prince.”
