2016 Thor Motor Coach Chateau

It has bunk beds for the little ones with individual tvs and dvd player. You can also adapt a game console ( XBox, Playstation). There is also a sofa bed and the dinning table turns into another comfortable bed. It is very easy to set up and tear down. For newbies is a perfect RV and for experts, well what ca I say. Its updated and ready to go. Don't miss an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in style. It is very good for all weather conditions. I have traveled all the way to Canada and to Yellowstone and believe us we couldn’t have a better motorhome to travel. Its length is 32’ ft whis for me its a good size not to big and not to small. Makes the driving easier. You can accommodate up to 8 comfortably, so if you plan to travel with loved ones, this RV is a no brainer!! so Enjoy your “Great times ahead!”.

I love to enjoy the Outdoors. Going to new places and National Parks.I have 4 kids all under the age of 11 and I just want them to grow loving the outdoors too. One of my favorite trips was to Canada. I really enjoyed the Rockies.

I never got the chance to meet with Azriel, but I met with his associate Ana when picking up the RV. Ana was very welcoming and took her time to show us how everything worked. Throughout the entire trip, both Ana and Azriel were very responsive and answered all my questions.Unfortunately, the RV did not quite live up to the expectations:
- Back-up cameras didn't work and we were not informed about this
- Car battery died on 3 different occasions. Campsite employees helped jump-start the RV.
- Water connector couldn't connect to any part of the RV without leaking and it even de-attached itself if the water pressure was too high.
- Drivers side slider had a hard time extending and on a few occasions couldn't retract. Required quite a lot of manual work. On almost all campsites we had to manually push the slider out while another hit the extend button.
- Heating in the RV didn't work, we were informed about this on our arrival. Could have been nice to know as we had a couple of fairly cold nights and had to get extra blankets for the kids.
- One of the windows to the "living room" area of the RV couldn't close and was held together with tape when we got the RV. While driving on highways the window kept opening and on rainy days the rain came in. We tried duck tapping it, but it didn't help.

Great RV, super clean, everything works properly. We didn’t use the satellite TV but it’s installed and the owner said it works. It’s the biggest RV I’ve rented but it’s easy to drive. Tons of room. Owner responds quickly to questions. The listing says delivery available but you should ask before renting, not available for us during our rental. I would rent again.

Great communication from the moment we place the reservation! Al was always available to answer any of our inquiries. Due to some difficulties out of control, we couldn't take the RV, but Im sure we would have been extremely pleased. Great RV Owner!! AAA+++

Overall we had a great time with the RV visit in West Palm Beach and Key West. Unfortunately we were unable to get the TV to work either with the satellite or the cable. We unfortunately did not get any instructions before taking the RV. One more thing is we weren’t aware of a sanitation fee for bringing a pet which was approved. In the future it would be great to know that a fee is due before taking the RV. Al is a great owner and is easy to contact him while on your travels if needed. I will recommend the unit for a family fun trip and it’s very easy to drive.

Great experience. Great RV. It was my first time renting or using an RV. Al went over it all with me. Everything was very simple to work. I had a few questions during the trip and Al was always available to answer my questions and walk me through it all. Thanks for a great experience.
