Our Camping Do’s & Don’ts We want you to have an amazing trip! Our goal is to make camping as easy and stress-free as possible, so please treat our camper like you would your own home. Please Do: ✓ Have fun and make memories! ✓ Treat the camper with care. ✓ Let us know right away if something isn’t working or gets damaged. ✓ Retract the awning during strong winds/storms and whenever you leave the campsite. ✓ Follow campground rules and respect quiet hours. ✓ Leave the camper reasonably clean and free of trash. ✓ Supervise children at all times. ✓ Ask us if you’re unsure how something works — we’re happy to help! Please Don’t: ✕ No smoking or vaping inside the camper. ✕ No candles, incense, or open flames inside. ✕ No unauthorized pets. (We allow 1 dog up to 50 pounds.) ✕ No parties or events. ✕ No climbing on the roof. ✕ No towing or moving the camper after delivery and setup. ✕ No off-road use. ✕ No modifications, drilling, nails, screws, or other alterations. ✕ Don’t leave the awning extended while unattended or during unsafe weather. ✕ Don’t flush anything other than RV-safe toilet paper down the toilet. Most Important: If something goes wrong, please tell us! Additional fees may apply for: * Excessive cleaning * Smoking inside the camper * Unauthorized pets * Missing items * Damage beyond normal wear and tear * Lost keys * Late checkout/return * Damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions Things happen while camping. We’d much rather know about a problem right away so we can help fix it than discover it after your trip.
