Thanks for looking at this beautiful luxury camper with room for 10 to sleep! We are excited to be hosting you! We love the outdoors as much as you probably do and want to provide the most comfortable way to enjoy the outdoors.The master bedroom has a very comfy queen bed, plenty of storage, full privacy with 2 doors, plus this rental comes with a full bed set with clean sheets, comforter, pillows, etc.For cooking, there is a stove and microwave. Plates, cups, and silverware are included in your rental for your use. Bring your favorite foods and store them in the refrigerator or the spacious cabinets.The couch in the living area folds out to a 2 person bed and the dinette table also turns into a single/double bed. Please bring a blanket and pillow for each bed :)Please contact regarding pickup and drop-off. Trailer can be delivered, setup and picked up with delivery charge. There is a 3-night minimum.Trailer can be towed with a 1/2 ton pickup or full size SUV as long as the vehicle has the towing capacity to haul it and a 7 pin brake light connector.-Please, no smoking. There will be a $500 cleaning fee will be taken from the security deposit if smoke smell is present.
-You are allowed to bring dogs only, however, if there is excessive cleaning needed to clean dog hair or pet stains etc, a charge of $250 will be taken from the security deposit.
-Bring the camper back in the same cleanliness it left in. If brought back dirty, an excessing cleaning fee of $250 will be taken out of your security deposit.At the end of the day, we just ask that you bring the camper back in the condition it left in.
