The leather couch in the living room as well as the dinette can also be converted for sleeping.The spacious kitchen comes equipped with utensils, pots and pans and alot of the basics that you will need to cook an awesome meal. The outdoor kitchen has a sink and a mini fridge. You will also find a small gas grill that swings out for you to grill up some burgers or hotdogs.Personally used by us less than 10 times so this RV is in impeccable condition! EMPTY TANKS If you bring the RV back and the tanks have not been emptied you will be charged a fee of $150 for dumping.
DISHES AND TRASH If you bring the RV back and there are dirty dishes or you haven't taken out the trash you will be charged a fee of $100 for cleaning and disposal.
PETS We love animals and they are more than welcome in our RV. However, if the RV is returned and there is excessive pet hair or muddy floors you will be charged a fee of $100 for additional cleaning.
TOILET PAPER If we find that you used any toilet paper other than the RV safe toilet paper that we provide you will be charged a fee of $100 for tank cleaning.
All we ask is that you enjoy your time away and respect our home away from home as you do your own.
We don't expect perfection upon return but we do expect it to be taken care of.
