It is 4,900 dry weight 23ft closed and 27ft open with two pop out We do have a weight distribution and anti sway with hitch for it to be used but your responsible for towing it you must have a break controller
We do not deliver you would have to pick up and drop off
All potable water, grey water and black water tanks must be emptied before returning.
It sleeps up to 8 people. Bunk bed,queen bed, couch turns into a queen and table turns into a full
